Welcome!
I'm Heidi Vivanco,
Coach and Owner

Throughout my life, I have advocated for exercise and figuring out the proper nutrition to support it for your lifetime, not just "for now". I teach you to love and enjoy food sustainably for your life AND aligned with your goals.

 

My childhood sports included 10 years of gymnastics and soccer, and as I grew older, I gravitated towards physically demanding jobs. This led me to discover a passion for teaching others how to perform their tasks more efficiently.

 

I was not afraid of eating anything until later in my 20s (like most of us, I believe) this is when I was taught that "carbs are bad" which ISN'T TRUE!!!!  Since then, I've experienced my own diet roller coaster, convinced that training harder and eating less would make me leaner. However, as a Spartan Obstacle Course Racer, I found this to be far from the truth. Losing a significant amount of weight left me feeling constantly drained, irritable, and exhausted. However, two decades later, after thorough research and education, I've reached a place where I feel comfortable in my own skin.  I now thrive on teaching the importance of eating to fuel your body and your goals.

Since my own back injury 18 years ago, I've embarked on a mission to teach proper heavy-lifting techniques to as many people as possible. At the time, I had no idea this would set me on the path to becoming a personal wellness coach!

I've worked with a variety of personalities and have successfully communicated tasks to everyone so far!  I enjoy meeting new personalities and love to hear ideas outside of my own point of view.
